At what time can I arrive or leave from a property (check­‐in and check‐out)?

Normally this information will be procure by our agents directly to you once the booking has been confirmed. Some property owners allow the possibility to arrive (check-­‐in) before or exit (check-­‐out) after from the hours stipulated but we need to double-­‐check with them before accepting any special term.

How can I know if a property has an available car park?

In the property section there is a text which indicates whether or not there’s an available car park. However, if you need more information, once you have made a reservation you will receive an email with all the useful information. How and when to pay?

All you have to pay before your check-­‐in is the booking fee which is 50% of the rent amount. The rest of the rent fee will need to be paid six weeks (6 weeks) before the arrival date. At your arrival you will need to pay directly to your PopUpVillas agent a deposit depending on the particular conditions specified by the owner of the property.

What is a deposit?

The deposit is an amount of money that the property owner may request and require as a security deposit for the care and proper use of the property. If there are no problems during your stay, once leaving the property and confirming that everything is in perfect condition, this money will be returned.

Is the cleaning fee included in the total price?

The costs for the final cleaning of the property are included in almost the total cases. Anyway our agents will resolve these doubts personally with you during the process.

Does the total price include all taxes?

Yes, all taxes are included except for the tourist rates, which in certain destinations may be a demand of the Local or National Government.

I have paid the reservation. Do I need to pay anything else before arriving to my apartment?

When you book an apartment, what you pay is the booking fee, which guarantees the property is reserved for you. You still have not paid the rent fee. Most of the properties we offer in our site require the payment of the full rent amount upon arrival at the property. In other cases, the property owner requires a payment in advance or a deposit.

Moreover, in the confirmation email we send you to confirm your reservation, you will find the “Particular conditions of your property”. It is very important that you respect them and that you contact your agent in case you have to pay something in advance. On the contrary, your reservation could be cancelled.

I want to leave a comment for the property. How do I do this?

After the departure of your stay, you will receive an email with a Quality Form, in which you can rate the service, quality, and experience of your stay.

This email will be automatically sent to the same email address you provided for the reservation (the same address where we sent the confirmation email). Through this email you will be able to leave any comments about the property, which will also be sent to the contact person and will be published in the online page of the property. Our staff will contact you in case your comment requires more information or clarification by the property owner.

All comments, both positive and negative, will be published as long as they don’t contain abusive, threatening or advertising language. Our aim is that all information provided in our webpage is truthful and real so that customers can make a better decision.
